Rev. <br />Stat. Sections 76-1001 to 76-1018, as amended; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Successor Trustee, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1010, as <br />amended, the Successor Trustee does by these presents convey to the purchaser, Exchange Bank, the <br />trustee's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the trustor and his successors in interest and of all <br />persons claiming by through and under them, in and to the following described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot One (1) Gade Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to such property acquired by the trustor or his <br />successors in interest subsequent to the execution ofthe aforementioned deed of trust.
