<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />PURSUANT TO THE POWER OF SALE granted to the Trustee in the Deed of Trust executed on
<br />the 30th day of October, 2003, and recorded on November 6, 2003, Instrument Number 0200314663 in the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds in which John Blue and Kristine Blue, husband and wife, are named as
<br />Trustors, Exchange Bank is named as Lender and Beneficiary, and Exchange Bank is named as Trustee, the
<br />undersigned successor trustee has exercised the power of sale in the manner provided by law; has caused a
<br />notice of default to be given, recorded and served in the manner provided by law; and has caused a notice
<br />of sale to be given, published and served in the manner provided by law; and has conducted the Trustee's
<br />Sale in the manner provided by law; and in all other respects has complied with the provisions of Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Sections 76-1001 to 76-1018, as amended;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said Successor Trustee, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1010, as
<br />amended, the Successor Trustee does by these presents convey to the purchaser, Exchange Bank, the
<br />trustee's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the trustor and his successors in interest and of all
<br />persons claiming by through and under them, in and to the following described real property, to wit:

<br />Lot One (1) Gade Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to such property acquired by the trustor or his
<br />successors in interest subsequent to the execution ofthe aforementioned deed of trust. This deed is given
<br />subject to the lien of the Deed of Trust held by Exchange Bank, recorded as instrument #200300356 in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, it being the intention of the Grantor and Grantee that the lien
<br />of Exchange Bank shall not merge with the fee simple title acquired by this deed, nor sha1l the fee simple
<br />title acquired by this deed merge with the lien of Exchange Bank's Deed of Trust recorded as instrument
<br />#200300356.
