<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated January 2,2002 and executed by Carson. Sullivan, a Partnership, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded as Instrument #0200200221, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 8th day of January, 2002, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYzSW~) of Section Five
<br />(5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the Southwest comer
<br />of said Section Five (5); thence N 00000'00" (assumed bearing) along and upon the West line of said
<br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYzSW~) a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Forty
<br />(1,340.0) feet; thence 90000'00" E a distance of Seventy (70.0) feet to a point on the Easterly RightHof-
<br />Way line of Aida Road and being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing 90000'00" E a distance
<br />of Five Hundred Seventy One and Sixty-four Hundredths (571.64) feet to a point on the prolongation of
<br />the West line of Argo Fourth Subdivision in the Village of AIda, Nebraska, thence S 00000'00" W along
<br />and upon said prolongation and the West line of said Argo Fourth Subdivision a distance of Three
<br />Hundred (300.0) feet; thence S 90000'00" W a distance of Five Hundred Seventy-one and Two Tenths
<br />(571.2) feet to a point on said Easterly Right-of-Way line of Aida Road; thence N 00000'00" E, along and
<br />upon said Right-of-Way line parallel with the West line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(WYzSW~) a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet to the actual point of beginning and containing
<br />3.945 acres more or less, also to be known as Lot 1, P.V. Vet Subdivision, an addition to the Village of
<br />AIda, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 21 st day of February, 2006.
