<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated November 8, 2001, executed by DolfR. Ichtertz, a single person, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument #0200112003 on the 26th day of
<br />November, 2001, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />A tract ofland comprising all of Lot One (1) and Part of Lot Two (2), Block Thirty-two (32), Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of said Lot One (1); thence running Southwesterly along the
<br />Southerly line of said Lots One (1) and Two (2), a distance of Sixty Six and Two Tenths (66.20) feet;
<br />thence running Northwesterly parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of One
<br />Hundred Thirty Two (132.0) feet, to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot Two (2); thence rutming
<br />Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said Lots One (1) and Two (2), a distance of Sixty Six and Two
<br />Tenths (66.20) feet, to the Northeast comer of said Lot One (1); thence running Southeasterly along the
<br />Easterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of One Hundred Thirty Two (132.0) feet, to the point of
<br />beginning
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 21st day of February, 2006.
