<br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebtedness of $ 93 I 200, nn with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee,
<br />that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further
<br />force nor effect.
