Dennhardt, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Ncbraska, on June 5, 2003 as Instrument No. <br />0200307128, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), BONNIE BRAE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
