Bilslend and Mary S. Bilslend, Husband and Wife, hereby assign <br />to FIVE POINTS BANK <br />all rights, title, and interest arising from a Deed of Trust for the sale of real estate dated February <br />21,2006, whereby John D. Willoughby and Joyce M. Willoughby, Husband and Wife, agree to <br />buy and we agree to sell the hereinafter described real estate: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (Sl/2 NWl/4) of Section Three (3), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />Now, therefore, for value received for the purpose of securing the payment of <br />indebtedness and for any extensions or renewals of same, and to secure any other indebtedness <br />hereafter owing from the undersigned to said FIVE POINTS BANK, the undersigned sets aside, <br />assigns and transfers to said FIVE POINTS BANK, all of the contract hereinafter described, <br />together with the right to sue, collect, receive, and receipt for the sum represented by <br />indebtedness.
