<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated January 16, 2003, executed by Ivan L. Bilslend and Mary
<br />S. Bilslend, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #0200300736 in the Register of
<br />Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 21 st day of January, 2003.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW' /) of Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated January 16, 2003, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200300736 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 21 st day of January, 2003,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 161h day of February, 2006.
