<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated February 22,1991 and executed by Ivan L. Bilslend and Mary S. Bilslend, husband and
<br />wife and Loren D. Bils1end and Emma M. Bils1end, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded as Instrument #91-101492, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 1Sth
<br />day of March, 1991, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NWY-.) of Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska Together with all wells, pumps, motors or engines,
<br />gear heads, and equipment located on and used to irrigate said premises, which items are declared
<br />to be a part of the deeded premises and appurtenant to said real estate
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16th day of February, 2006.
