<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Guadalupe
<br />Villavicencio and Jose Alfredo Anava as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinqs Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated Auqust
<br />20, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />_ or Instrument Number 200408304 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and
