<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 10, 2005, executed by Gerald H. Poehler and
<br />Patricia J. Poehler, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #0200502050 in the
<br />Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 10th day of March, 2005,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY:zSW14) of Section Seven, Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated Februa2: 10, 2005, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200502050 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 10 h day of March, 2005 in the
<br />Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not
<br />herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
