<br />Trust executed by COLBY R. COLLINS AND DANELLE K. COLLINS, Husband and Wife, whose
<br />address is 3548 SCHROEDER AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE., as Trustor, of a deed of trust dated
<br />February 16, 2005 with a current principal balance of $.00 and an original principal sum of
<br />$15,000.00 and entered in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200503537 on April 21, 2005, do hereby agree to, and by this instrument do,
