<br />200601277 <br /> <br />thence deflecting left 87049' 08" and running <br />Westerly, parallel with the North line of said <br />North Half of the Northeast Quarter (Nl/2 NE1/4), a <br />distance of One Thousand Two Hundred sixteen <br />and Sixty Four Hundredths (1,216.64) feet to <br />the point of beginning and containing 20.029 <br />acres, more or less <br /> <br />c. Grantor has agreed with Grantees to <br />grant Grantees a perpetual nonexclusive easement in <br />favor of and appurtenant to Grantees parcel over <br />and across the Westerly 30 feet of Grantor's parcel <br />described hereinabove for the purpose of vehicular <br />ingress and egress to and from Grantees' parcel. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the <br />premises and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt and sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, the <br />parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. RECITALS. The foregoing recitals are true <br />and correct and are incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />2. GRANT. Grantor hereby grants to Grantees <br />a perpetual nonexclusive easement (access easement) <br />in favor and appurtenant to Grantees parcel over <br />and across the Westerly 30 feet of Grantor's parcel <br />for the purpose of vehicular ingress and egress access <br />to and from Grantees' parcel. <br /> <br />3 . MAINTENANCE AND USE OF ACCESS EASEMENT . <br />Grantees shall maintain and use Grantor's parcel (access <br />easement) in such way that the same shall not <br />unreasonably interfere with the normal customary use of <br />Grantor's parcel by Grantor. <br /> <br />Grantees and Grantor agree that all <br />create, maintain or improve said easement <br />shared equally between Grantor and Grantees. <br /> <br />costs <br />shall <br /> <br />to <br />be <br /> <br />4 . INDEMNIFICATION.
