<br />200601276 <br /> <br />Thirty Three (33.0) feet South of (measured <br />perpendicular to) the North line of said North <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (Nl/2 NE1/4), a <br />distance of Nine Hundred Forty and Thirty Two <br />Hundredths (940.32) feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing 20.032 acres, more or less <br /> <br />c. Grantors have agreed with Grantee to <br />grant Grantee a perpetual nonexclusive easement in <br />favor of and appurtenant to Grantee's parcel over <br />and across the Westerly 30 feet of Grantors' parcel <br />described hereinabove for the purpose of vehicular <br />ingress and egress to and from Grantee's parcel. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the <br />premises and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt and sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, the <br />parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. RECITALS. The foregoing recitals are true <br />and correct and are incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />2. GRANT. Grantors hereby grant to Grantee <br />a perpetual nonexclusive easement (access easement) <br />in favor and appurtenant to Grantee's parcel over <br />and across the Westerly 30 feet of Grantors' parcel <br />for the purpose of vehicular ingress and egress access <br />to and from Grantee's parcel. <br /> <br />3 . MAINTENANCE AND USE OF ACCESS EASEMENT . <br />Grantee shall maintain and use Grantors' parcel (access <br />easement) in such way that the same shall not <br />unreasonably interfere with the normal customary use of <br />Grantors' parcel by Grantors. <br /> <br />Grantee and Grantors agree that all <br />create, maintain or improve said easement <br />shared equally between Grantors and Grantee. <br /> <br />costs <br />shall <br /> <br />to <br />be <br /> <br />4.
