<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Chad M Conklin
<br />as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated December 1. 2000, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />0200010452 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
