<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KARL D NANCE AND TAMMY L NANCE. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 23. 2002 and recorded DECEMBER 31. 2002 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200214655 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
