<br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMP ANY WARRANTY DEED

<br />NORTHWEST CROSSINGS, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, for and in
<br />consideration of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN
<br />DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($529,767.78), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby convey an undivided one-third (113) interest to SANDRA L. MONTAGUE as Trustee ofthe
<br />Patricia Louise Shaw Emery Trust, an undivided one-third (1/3) interest to SANDRA L. MONTAGUE as
<br />Trustee of the Sandra Shaw Montague Trust, and an undivided one-third (1/3) interest to SANDRA L.
<br />MONTAGUE as Trustee of the Susan Pamela Shaw Trust, Grantee, in the following described real estate in

<br />interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof; subject to
<br />easements and restrictions of record.

<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except as
<br />stated herein;
<br />
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
