<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998, executed by William D Diessner, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #98-102834 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 30th day of March, 1998.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), GILBERT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98-102834 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS. WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
