<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tammy Jo
<br />Johnson, single person, Trustor, to Grand Island City Attorney, named therein, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of the City of Grand Island, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 24, 2001, and filed for record
<br />on the 15th day of May, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument #200104518 has been paid, which secured an orginal indebtedness in the
<br />amount of Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($24,500.00) and was
<br />recorded on the 9th of January, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds, of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 96-100228, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and III accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />
<br />Lot Four (4) Block Four (4) George Loans Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />which has the address of 1221 N. Beal Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801, together with all
<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
