Sanchez, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 19, <br />2000 as Instrument No. 0200003138, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK SIXTY-FIVE (65), WHEELER AND <br />BENNETT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
