<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated May 2, 1995, and March 9, 2000, executed by William Gomes and Agnes
<br />Gomes, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on May 5, 1995, recorded as Document No. 95-102927, and on March 21, 2000,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200002190, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT TWENTY.FOUR (24), SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND
<br />LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND SIX (6) IN KERNOHAN AND DECKER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND ALL THAT
<br />PORTION OF VACATED ALLEY VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5070 RECORDED IN BOOK 22
<br />PAGE 306 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, LYING
<br />BETWEEN LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) AND LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6) IN BLOCK SIX (6),
<br />KERNOHAN AND DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
