<br />JOHN W HAUSER AND ELIZABETH A HAUSER. A/KJ A ELIZABETH
<br />SZLANDA-HAUSER. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 16. 2005 and recorded
<br />DECEMBER 27.2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instnunent 200512579 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
