<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARY L HARDER. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 7.2001 and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 21. 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200109587 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
