<br />1 neindebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TRENT J LIERMAN AND KATHERINE K
<br />LIERMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE , as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated AUGUST 3. 2005 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200507589 , has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
