<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Edward W. Franssen and Rhelene K. Franssen, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Heritage
<br />Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated January
<br />2,2004 and recorded January 6,2004 in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200400137 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
