The Notice of Trustee's <br />Sale was published in the Grand Island Independent, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, with the first publication being on December 29, 2005, <br />and thereafter on January 5, 2006, January 12, 2006, January 19, <br />2006 and January 26, 2006. <br /> <br />On January 4, 2006, a copy of the Notice of Trustee's Sale <br />was mailed to the TRUSTORS and all interested parties by certified <br />mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses <br />shown on the Affidavit of Service dated January 4, 2006. <br />
