<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust
<br />Deed executed by Gregory T Baxter and Adriene Baxter,

<br />NORWEST MORTGAGE, INC , the Beneficiary
