<br />RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTAGE

<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein; the Village of Alda,
<br />a Nebraska unit of local government, as Grantee of Community Development Block
<br />Grant Funds (CDBG), hereby releases the mortgage of Seven Thousand One Hundred
<br />Sixty-Three Dollars and eighty-five Cents, ($7,163.85), made by Marilynn Ehlers, on the
