Valasek, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 26, 2005 as Instrument No. <br />0200504739, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE EAST FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWENTY- <br />NINE (129), KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
