<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 5,2005 and executed by Marvin E. Engleman, a married person and Teri L.
<br />Engleman, his wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200506252, in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 11 th day of July, 2005, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot One (1), in Pleasant View Thirteenth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 31 st day of January, 2006.
