<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 19, 2000 and February 24, 2003, and executed by
<br />Lawrence B. Spanel and Karen K. Kennerly, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points
<br />--Bank.s,named 6eneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 26, 2000 and March 3, 2003, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200011061 and 0200302418, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), in "Sunset Subdivision", located on part of the North Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Eleven (11), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
