<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />Denise D. Myers, as Trustee under a certain Trust Deed recorded as Document
<br />No. 99-104171, and an Assignment of Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.99-
<br />107149, wherein the Trustors/Grantor'5 were Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L Schultz,
<br />husband and wife, and the beneficiaries were Ruby C. Schultz, with a life estate and
<br />present income interest in the property, and James A. Schultz, Catherine A. Garrett,
<br />Peggy L. Pesek and Judy L. Lindell, with remainder interests, in performance of said trust
<br />and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and the Ruby
<br />C. Schultz Revocable Living Trust, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L. Schultz, Grantee, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Nebr. Rev. Stat. 976-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />excepting therefrom the following:
<br />
<br />A tract of land being part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eight (8),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska being more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of said Section 8 and assuming the South line of the Southwest Quarter as
<br />bearing N 89055'37" E and all bearings contained herein are relative
<br />thereto; thenc;e ~~ 89055'37" E and on the South iine (if said Southwest
<br />Quarter; a distance of 609.0 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
<br />N 89055' 37" E and continuing on the South line of said Southwest Quarter
<br />a distance of 806.0 feet; thence N 00004'23" Wa distance of 610.0 feet;
<br />thence S 89055'37" Wand parallel with the South line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter, a distance of 806.0 feet; thence S 00004' 23" E a distance of
<br />610.0 feet to the actual point of beginning. Said tract contains 11.28
<br />acres more or less.

<br />This reconveyance is made in partial satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />Trust Deed recorded on April 9, 1999 as Document No. 0099104171 and Assignment
<br />of Deed of Trust recorded on July 16, 1999 as Document No. 0099107149 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and shall release the real estate,
<br />except the 11.28 acres referenced above, from said Trust Deed.
