<br />L. JOHNSON, TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST CREATED UNDER THE LAST WILL
<br />AND TESTAMENT OF RUSSELL W. O'NEILL and FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Conservator of Josephine L. O'Neill, constituting all ofthe partners of O'Neill
<br />Construction Co., a Nebraska Partnership, pursuant to a Court Order dated April 7, 2005,
<br />in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and in consideration of the exchange of
<br />real estate and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaim and convey to
<br />Grantees, MICHAEL J. O'NEILL and JUNE M. O'NEILL, Husband and Wife, as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, the Partnership's interest in the following

<br />Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West ofthe 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning on the southerly line of Block Nine (9), South park, now vacated, 160
<br />feet easterly of the southwesterly corner thereof; thence easterly along the
<br />southerly line of said Block Nine (Y), a distance of 104 feet to the Southeast
<br />corner thereof; thence northerly along the easterly line of said Block Nine (9), a
<br />distance of76.75 feet to the southerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad
<br />right-of-way; thence southwesterly along said Railroad right-of-way line a
<br />distance of 108.55 feet; thence southerly parallel to the easterly line of said Block
<br />Nine (9), a distance of 45 .65 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.146
<br />acres, more or less (1204 W. Phoenix) and that portion of vacated Washington
