<br />Conservator of Josephine L. O'Neill, constituting all ofthe partners of O'Neill
<br />Construction Co., a Nebraska Partnership, pursuant to a Court Order dated April 7, 2005,

<br />Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West ofthe 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />feet easterly of the southwesterly corner thereof; thence easterly along the
<br />southerly line of said Block Nine (Y), a distance of 104 feet to the Southeast
<br />corner thereof; thence northerly along the easterly line of said Block Nine (9), a
<br />distance of76.75 feet to the southerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad
<br />right-of-way; thence southwesterly along said Railroad right-of-way line a
