<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2003 executed by Brian D. Earnest, A Single
<br />Person, and Brad D. Earnest, A Married Person and Amy Earnest, His Wife, as Trustors, in which Five
<br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />Entered as Instrument #200306351 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office on May 21, 2003.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) King Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deeds of Trust dated May 15, 2003, Entered as
<br />Instrument #200306351 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, shall remain in full force and effect as to
<br />all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1 st day of February, 2006.
