<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gary
<br />Eilenstine and Linda L. Eilenstine, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 18, 2005, and recorded August 2, 2005 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 0200507436,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
