<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Miguel Trejo and Christa Trejo, trustors,
<br />to Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Streets, P. O. Box 246, Silver Creek,
<br />Nebraska, Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Streets, P. O. Box
<br />246, Silver Creek, Nebraska, Beneficiary, and recorded December 31, 2003, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200316629 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
