He is familiar with the real estate descriptions of property in Grand Island, Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />3. He prepared a Warranty Deed which was dated January 26,2000 and filed in the <br /> <br />Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200000802 which referred to <br /> <br />certain lots in Hagges' Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska which erroneously stated further that <br /> <br />Hagges' Subdivision was situated in Section 26-11-9 Hall County, Nebraska which, in reality, it <br /> <br />was situated in Section 28-11-9 Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />4. The correct legal description of the real estate described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br /> <br />Document No. 200000802 should have been as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Eighteen (18), except the Westerly Five (5) Feet thereof, and the West <br />Half (Wl/2) of Lot Seventeen (17), and the West Twelve (12) Feet of the <br />East Half (EII2) of Lot Seventeen (17), all in Hagges' Subdivision, a part <br />of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEI/4NWl/4) and a part <br />ofthe Northwest Quarter ofthe Northeast Quarter (NWl/2NE1I4) of <br />Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West ofthe 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />The East Half (EII2) of Lot Seventeen (17), except the West Twelve (12) Feet <br />thereof, and all of the Lot Sixteen (16), except the Easterly Five (5) Feet thereof <br />in Hagges' Subdivision, a part ofthe Northeast Quarter ofthe Northwest <br />Quarter (NEI/4NW1/4) and a part ofthe Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NWl/4NEl/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />5.
