<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the C;".---.-
<br />Trust Deed dated April15, 1994 and executed by ABLM Partnership; a Nebraska Partnership, as Trustor, \t;
<br />in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as i
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #94-103134, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 18th day of April, 1994, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The Land referred to is situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and described as
<br />follows: Unit CA2, Unit F-10C and Unit C-3, in Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium
<br />Property Regime, Lot One (1), Saint Francis Medical Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as defined in the Master Deed creating Grand Island Doctors Building
<br />Condominium Property Regime, recorded as Document No. 80-001693 and Amendment to
<br />Master Deed creating Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium Property Regime recorded as
<br />Document No. 94-102910
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 31 st day of January, 2006.
