<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by D & E Development, LLC, trustor, to the
<br />Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Street, P. O. Box 246, Silver Creek, Nebraska, Trustee, and the Bank of C1arks,
<br />301 North Green, P. O. Box 125, Clarks, Nebraska, Beneficiary, and recorded September 14, 2005, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200508664 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13), of the County Subdivision of South Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (S/12SE1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows: Commencing at a point on the Southerly side of said Lot 13, 105 feet
<br />easterly from the Southwest corner thereof, running thence easterly on said Southerly
<br />side of said Lot, for a distance of 66 feet, thence Northerly at right angles for a distance
<br />of 180 feet, running thence Westerly at right angles for a distance of 66 feet, and
<br />running thence Southerly at right angles for a distance of 180 feet to the place of
<br />beginning
<br />
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
