Wolf, Trustee; Platte Valley Bank, \\.~.~ <br />Beneficiary; and Ronald L. Adams and Sherrill A. Adams, f/kIa Sherrill A. Dory, Trustor. ~ <br />'" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said <br />valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on December 23, 1997, recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds for the County of Hall, and identified as Document No. 97-110838, conveyed to Trustee, his <br />successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The West Half (WI/2) of the North Half (Nl/2) of the East Half (El/2) of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SWl/4NEl/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6th P.M., being a rectangular tract of ground more particularly described as follows: Commencing at <br />a point twenty (20) rods West of the Northeast comer of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SWl/4NEl/4) of said Section Ten (10), running thence West a distance of twenty (20) rods; thence South <br />a distance of forty (40) rods; thence East twenty (20) rods; thence North a distance of forty (40) rods to the <br />place of beginning, the said lines being parallel with the subdivision of said Section and containing five <br />acres, more or less.
