<br />You are hereby notified that Patrick L. Fitzgerald and Rita A. Fitzgerald, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, did on or about July 31,2000, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, as Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:

<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates First Capital
<br />Corporation, a Delaware corporation (successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services
<br />Company, Inc., successor by reason of merger with Associates Financial Services Company of Nebraska,
<br />Inc.), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on August 3, 2000 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200006286, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on September 5, 2005 through January 5, 2006,
<br />together with interest accruing thereon.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
