<br />As Instrument #0200512300 and recorded on 12/16/05. This Corrective Special Warranty
<br />Deed corrects the marital status of the Grantee.

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.c. ~ 1701 ~ ~.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, ~ 3531).
