(fl <br /> 0 ;:><.: <br /> ~ <br /> 0 ""-"""'~ NZ <br /> W Cf) <br /> r.>> 0 <br /> ASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS: <br /> <br />200600712 <br /> <br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case Number CI 05-364 in the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska wherein Richard Rabe of Five Points Bank, Personal Representative of the Estate <br />of Mildred M, Dahlke, was the Plaintiff and Timothy S, Eckles, a single person, was the Defendant, <br />Richard Rabe of Five Points Bank, Personal Representative of the Estate of Mildred M. Dahlke did <br />obtain a Decree finding that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $15,807.43 plus interest, advances, <br />title search costs and costs of suit; and <br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the payment of the sum <br />so found due by the Defendant, that the appointed Master Commissioner should cause the land and <br />tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold accordingly to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default and payment having been made therein, Cathleen Allen, Master <br />Commissioner, under and by virtue of this said Decree and the Order of Sale to her duly directed, <br />did on December 20, 2005, inside the front door and in the lower lobby of the Hall County <br />Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given due and legal <br />notice of the time and place of said Sale by publication .once in each week for four consecutive <br />weeks in a newspaper printed in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at <br />public auction to the Estate of Mildred M. Dahlke, for the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />and No Cents ($2,500.00); and <br />WHEREAS, such MasterCommissioner's Saiewas afterward confirmed on January 5,2006, <br />and the said Cathleen Allen as Master Commissioner was ordered to convey said premises and fee <br />simple title to the Estate of Mildred M. Dahlke. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Cathleen Allen, Master Commissioner, in consideration of the <br />premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said Court, do hereby <br />give, grant and convey to the Estate of Mildred M. Dahlke, the premises so as aforesaid sold to-wit: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />commonly known as 532 East Eighteenth Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Richard Rabe of Five Points Bank, Personal <br />Representative of the Estate of Mildred M.
