Declarant is the owner of certain real property described as: <br /> <br />Lot Thirteen (13) Richmond Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br /> <br />B. Declarant desires to and hereby creates a Condominium on the Property <br />pursuant to the Nebraska Condominium Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. S 76-825, et seq., as <br />amended from time to time (" Act"), in which portions of the Property are <br />designated for separate ownership and the remainder of which are designated <br />for common ownership solely by the Suite Owners, through West Faidley <br />Medical Center Association, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation <br />(" Association"). <br /> <br />C. Declarant has incorporated the Association for the purpose of exercising the <br />functions herein set forth. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 1.
