<br />WHEREAS, Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, is the present ~
<br />Trustee of record under that certain Deed of Trust executed on March 10,2003, by DWIGHT F. ,,-C;
<br />ANDERSON JR. AND MISTY D. ANDERSON, husband and wife, as Trustor(s), to Central Natonal ~
<br />Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank recorded on March 17,2003, as Instrument Number
<br />2003-03089, in the Records in the Office ofthe County Records of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />AND WHEREAS, the undersigned, Central National Bank is the present holder of the beneficial
<br />interest under said Deed of Trust, and hereby appoints itself as Trustee in place and stead of said Steffie
<br />Swanson, under said Deed of Trust;

<br />AND WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been fully paid and satisfied;
