<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by 281 & OLD
<br />POTASH LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, to WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION the beneficiary named therein, dated February 17,2005 and
<br />recorded March 4,2005 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200501885 has been partially paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
