<br />200600619 <br /> <br />2015 and February 1, 2025, to Thrivent Financial's then-current rate for similar <br />loans. <br /> <br />(ii) In the event of such change in interest rate, the mon hly installments <br />of principal and interest will be adjusted so as to amortize the re aining principal <br />balance over the term of the Note then remaining. <br /> <br />2. Except as modified and amended herein, all of the provisions of the Note, Mortgage <br />and First Allonge shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. This First Amendment may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall <br />be an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> <br />4. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to impair the security of Thrivent <br />Financial, or its successors or assigns, under the Mortgage nor to impair any rights or powers <br />which Thrivent Financial may have under or by virtue of the Note, Mortgage and First Allonge <br />or any of the loan documents, for the recovery of monies due, with interest, and this First <br />Amendment shall not be considered a novation. Except as provided herein, no other term, <br />condition or provision of the Note, Mortgage and First Allonge shall be in any way altered or <br />changed, and Borrower hereby ratifies and confirms the Note, Mortgage and First Allonge, as <br />modified herein, and its obligations thereunder, and agrees that it is and shall continue to be <br />bound by all such terms, provisions and conditions of the Note, Mortgage and First Allonge. <br /> <br />5.
