This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds · <br /> <br />('\'j-) <br />~, <br />~ <br /> <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and O'RETLL Y <br />AUTOMOTIVE, INC., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br /> <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon a sixteen (16,0) foot wide <br />easement held by the Licensor: <br /> <br />Installation, maintenance and repair of a pole sign approximately twenty-five <br />(25.0) feet in height and ten (10.0) feet wide within the City's utility easement at <br />606 N. Webb Road in Grand Island, Nebraska. Such sign to be placed <br />approximately fifty (50) feet south of the north property line along the east <br />property line of Licensee's property as shown on the attached drawings. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's easement to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEl/4, SEl/4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska; more particularly described as follows: Commencing at <br />a point 348.7 feet South of the northeast comer of the NEl/4 of SEl/4 of Section <br />13, running thence West for a distance of 290,0 feet, running thence South for a <br />distance of 100.2 feet, running thence East for a distance of 290.0 feet, and <br />running thence North, for a distance of 100.2 feet to the place of beginning; AND <br />
