("Trustor"), to WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATIONAL <br />BANK ("Trustee"), for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />("Beneficiary"). <br /> <br />ARTICLE I.
