<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the /'~day of January, 2006, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a
<br />national banking association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., as the plaintiff, filed its
<br />Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Manuel S. Herrera, Celia L. Fuentes, Bank of the
<br />West, successor by merger to Commercial Federal Bank, Trustee, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority,
<br />Beneficiary, Jerry 1. Milner, Trustee, and Associates Financial Services Company, Inc., Beneficiary, as the
<br />defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given
<br />by said Manuel S. H;~rrera, a single person, and Celia L. Fuentes, a single person, to Commercial Federal Bank, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br />interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described ofthe above-named defendants, to obtain an order for the
<br />sale of the real estate. hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust, to
<br />obtain an order decl3;ring null and void the Satisfaction recorded on August 7,2000, as Instrument No. 0200006365
<br />in the office of the Rfgister of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed
<br />of trust is dated December 10, 1997, and duly recorded on December 12, 1997, as Instrument No, 97-110508 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />GRAND ISl;-AND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
