Herrera, Celia L. Fuentes, Bank of the <br />West, successor by merger to Commercial Federal Bank, Trustee, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, <br />Beneficiary, Jerry 1. Milner, Trustee, and Associates Financial Services Company, Inc., Beneficiary, as the <br />defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given <br />by said Manuel S. H;~rrera, a single person, and Celia L.
