<br />and Mara A Vasquez as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinos Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated December 19. 1997,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page or
<br />Instrument Number 97-110753 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
